vibe coded slopware
Small, weird, lovingly vibe-coded things. No warranty. No roadmap. Some assembly required.
Desk Bonsai
It grows while you're gone. It dies if you forget. Like your real plants.
Bonsai Idle
The same tree, but number go up. Harvest clippings, buy upgrades, replant from seed.
Strange Weather
An EarthBound-ish RPG where the weather takes things personally. Seven towns, three friends, one very lonely sky.
Desktop Bag
A plastic bag drifts across your desktop while you work. Your mouse is the wind. It is, frankly, cinema.
Party Health Pie
A World of Warcraft addon for Classic Forever and retail Midnight: your 5-man party as one radial meter, with health, resources, pets, shields, incoming heals and mouseover healing.
Madame Haiku
Tarot spreads and horoscopes read by a very small language model. The cards are real. The insight is vibes.
Ant Farm
A photoreal colony across every monitor you own. It starts with one queen. Feed her daughters, tap the glass, watch them dig.
Snow Globe
Photoreal glass and water on a long shelf across every monitor. Shake them, thump the table, and a little tin train keeps the rounds.
Terrarium
One long reptile tank across every monitor. Lizards bask, hunt the crickets you drop in, and bolt when you tap the glass.
Rain Window
A rain-streaked window at night across every monitor. Draw in the fog while the traffic and the lightning go by.
Koi Pond
A photoreal koi pond seen from above, across every monitor. Feed them and trail your finger through the water.
Aurora
Northern lights over a frozen lake across every monitor. Release paper lanterns and wish on the meteors.
Matrix Rain
The digital rain, on every monitor you own. A real screensaver for Windows, a one-click browser one for Mac, Linux and the rest.
Caseodle
A five-letter word game, fan-made for CaseOh's chat. Six guesses, unlimited puzzles. Optional Spooky time adds jump scares with a scream.
Agent Office 3D
A Claude Code mod: your sessions as a walkable 3D office, your agents at desks, an arcade where a model plays by the rules or not at all, an escape room with a teammate who can't cheat, and a world editor that takes requests in words.
Mycelium
SimAnt, but you're the fungus. Steer hyphae through pixel soil, out-grow the rival colony, fruit mushrooms and drift spores across the garden one plot at a time.
Quarterly Rollout
An office-chair action game from Ambivalent Software. Push off, bounce and spin Bea through six floors of coffee spills, polishing robots and meeting invites to rescue the Quarterly Report before five.
Bear Run
A 3D downhill ski run through snowy pines. Thread the flags, spin off the ramps, and keep moving, because around 200 metres a bear wakes up.
Roughing It
A trail game after Mark Twain's book: ride the 1861 Overland stage with twenty-five pounds of baggage, catch silver fever in Nevada, and talk your way onto a newspaper.
Rack & Ruin
A 1.1 MW data hall at real scale, modelled in Blender, and a sledgehammer. A/B power, CRAC cooling, VESDA, inert-gas suppression and a $9,000-a-minute downtime meter all react to what you break. Smash live 480 V gear and the shift ends.
Pour Decisions
Tend bar on the Lower East Side. Free-pour 125 real cocktails, card every customer, keep the jukebox going, and cut off the drunks. One regular is a bear who has been to space.
Swivel Shift
Kick off the walls and scoot your office chair through fifteen floors of a very strange company. A re-skin of the classic fan web port with all-new art, sound, music and story, published with the original author's permission.
Timberline
Size up the tree, cut the notch, set the hinge and walk your escape route. Start with an axe behind a cabin, then chainsaws, old-growth fir on a 28ยฐ slope, and a harvester. Get the hinge wrong and it barber-chairs.
UPTIME
Garage to hyperscale. One Craigslist rack and your mother's electricity, then a glowing campus. The 3D hall filling with lit racks is the progress bar; power, cooling and network take turns being the problem.
Fell Swoop (DEMO)
Chop down pines with a heavy, physical axe. The mouse is your hands: wind up, swing through, yank it back out of the wood. Trees fall toward the side you chop out, so mind where you stand.
Peel Out
Work a pizza line with one physical hand. Hang the ticket, pound and spin the dough (toss it if you dare), top it by the handful, then peel it into the oven and yank it back. Pull it before it burns. Hire help later.
Craps (DEMO)
A full casino craps table. Get your chips down on the felt, set the dice the way the old-timers do, then pick them up with a physical hand and flick them off the back wall. The stickman calls every roll.
Safe Water
A Myst-style puzzle in Mark Twain's country. From his eight-sided study on the night of the comet, step through a stereoscope to steer a steamboat across Hat Island at night, follow a candle through McDougal's Cave, and set Merlin's brass orrery to put out the sun over Camelot.
Wasteland Planning Commission
A post-apocalyptic city builder on an old-school isometric grid. Salvage the ruins, recruit security before the raiders and mutants find your tiny settlers, and research your way from scrap shacks to timber, brick and glass, then vinyl siding. Then build a Mobile Settlement Vehicle and send it out to found the next town.
Park Inspector
A reverse theme park game: you're the federal ride inspector. Every park is procedurally generated and cut corners somewhere. Examine supports, lap bars and paperwork, run test laps with crash dummies, look it all up in the code book, then approve, cite or red-tag every ride before 5 pm.
Pit Crew '26
A reverse racing game: you're the pit crew, not the driver. Catch the car, jack it, gun four wheels, fuel it, swap the nose and release it into traffic, all in rapid-fire quicktime events. Six tracks, rain, sand, frozen wheel nuts, and a crew that won't stop talking.
Par for the Curse
Multiplayer rage golf up a floating mountain. Your mouse is your stubby golfer's hands: pull back, swing through. Windmills, geese, a backwards treadmill, a cannon, and nine holes stacked so a bad shot drops you onto the one below.
Wear the Slop
Shirts and hoodies with art pulled out of the games. Try one on with your camera first. Every order keeps the slop coming.
Binding Order
A lockpicking simulator drawn as a live blueprint. Tension the plug, feel for the binding pin and set it at the shear line. Twelve locks: pin tumblers with spools and serrated pins, wafers, dimple pins, tubular locks, Victorian lever locks and a warded skeleton-key padlock.
Projection Mayhem
You're Tyler, night projectionist at the Paper Street Picture House. Thread the 35mm reels, watch the corner of the screen for cigarette burns and change over, splice prints by hand, sell tickets and candy, hire stubby little staff. Grow into a multiplex, sell out to OmniPlex, then bring it down.
The Endgame is Me
A reverse boss fight. You're the big furry raid boss, and your job is to pace between a rock and another rock. Five-mans, 25-man raids and one quiet man on a horse keep interrupting. Stomp, breathe fire, and shake him out of your fur.
Boss Hours 2: The Sequel
The first sequel ever released before its predecessor was finished. You're the raid boss again, pacing between two rocks, but now you level up: pick one of three cards (Common to Legendary) for new abilities and upgrades, and watch the boss grow glowing plates, a shell and a stinger. Now 40% sloppier.
