Hang the ticket on the rail. Fetch dough, pound it flat on the wood peel and spin it round. Ladle sauce, grab toppings by the handful.
Open the oven, slide the peel in and yank it back fast so the pie stays on the deck. Shut the door. Pull it out with the metal peel before it burns, and slide it onto the pass.
